21 Trivia Competition Terms and Conditions
Eligibility:
1. The 21 Trivia Competition is open to all persons who are at least 21 years of age at the time they register for the competition.
2. No employees of the Jackpot Factory or its subsidiaries, affiliates, or marketing agencies and their immediate members of family are eligible to enter the 21 Trivia Competition.
Competition Period:
3. The 21 Trivia Competition will run from August 1 2008 to August 31 2008. This will be defined as the "Competition Period".
4. The organizers of the 21 Trivia Competition reserve the right to extend or shorten the Competition Period at their sole discretion.
5. Any entry registration received after the closing time (24:00 - GMT on August 31) will be invalid, and Jackpot Factory shall bear no responsibility for lost or late entries.
Selection of Winners:
6. The winner of the "Prize" will be selected by random drawing from eligible registrations received by the closing time of the "Competition Period".
7. Jackpot Factory reserves the right to verify the validity of entries. Any entrant found tampering with the entry process or submitting an entry that is not in accordance with the Terms and Conditions will be disqualified.
8. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. The winner/s will be notified by e-mail and required to reply to such notification. If the winner/s do/es not reply to such notification within seven (7) days or the notification is undeliverable after up to three attempts, the winner/s will be disqualified and alternative winners will be selected.
10. Real casino account holder winners will be informed of their win by email and their accounts credited within 24 hours of the live draw.
11. Visitor winners will be informed of their win via email and will be requested to register a real account at no charge at any Jackpot Factory Casino, using that email, in order for their prize to be deposited into their casino account.
12. The winner will be required to prove his/her identity.
13. The winner will be required to appear for promotional purposes either live and/or on the Jackpot Factory website/s.
Prize/s:
14. The winner will receive two thousand one hundred dollars or the equivalent thereof in another currency, at the sole discretion of Jackpot Factory.
15. If the winner was referred by a 21 Trivia Competition participant with his/her referral code, that participant will win $500.
16. Three participants who refer the most friends using their referral code will each win an iPod.
17. All taxes on the "Prize/s" and incidental expenses not mentioned herein are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Other:
18. The Jackpot Factory reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel or withdraw the 21 Trivia Competition at any time without notice.
19. The Jackpot Factory shall not be liable for any loss or damage or for any personal injury sustained as a result of taking the "Prize" or registering for the 21 Trivia Competition.
20. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the rules of the competition. Registration for the 21 Trivia Competition indicates and acknowledges acceptance of these terms and conditions.
21. Registered entrants to the competition agree to receive promotional e-mails from Jackpot Factory and its affiliated websites.
